What to Expect As Channel Planning Manager, you will create forecasts for and manage inventory levels of parts & accessories at Delivery Hubs, Regional Distribution Centers, Service Centers, and Body Shops worldwide, design process improvements and next-generation planning systems, and perform data analytics for Global Service Supply Chain Operations. We are the team responsible for forecasting parts and accessories to support Tesla’s customers from the factory gate onwards. You will work with Production, Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, and Field Operations teams to understand regional demand and supply needs and support Global Service's operational goals and metrics. You will be a thought leader in developing end-to-end channel planning solutions and managing project execution. The role is highly visible due to the scope of responsibility and impact, so you will have executive-level exposure. It is essential that you think strategically, connecting the dots in the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable with the details of the deliverables. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
