Key Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day-to-day activities will revolve around leveraging your Issue Management expertise to provide technical support for the MES application. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and resolving application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and providing technical guidance to end-users. Additionally, you'll be entrusted with the task of collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues. You must have proficiency in Issue Management. Having proficiency in Rockwell PharmaSuite MES will be advantageous. Provide technical support for the MES application, managing and resolving application-related issues. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and provide technical guidance to end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues. This is 24/7 shop floor support. Nights & weekends on rotating basis required (includes shift uplift).
