Work You’ll Do
Deloitte is seeking a Project Senior Manager to join its Government & Public Services (GPS) Sustainability, Infrastructure & Real Estate practice. This professional will support federal, state, local, and higher education clients in addressing complex challenges related to sustainability strategy, capital planning, infrastructure transformation, real estate optimization, and program delivery. The Consultant will work as part of cross-functional teams to deliver analysis, manage workstreams, develop client-ready materials, and help drive measurable mission outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise on hazard mitigation delivery and program implementation
Advise on tactical and operational approaches to accelerate mitigation project execution
Support the development and execution of program strategies that enhance operational accountability and delivery performance
Contribute to procurement planning and vendor coordination efforts for standardized project delivery
Identify barriers to program execution and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or 12+ years' of professional work experience
5+ years of relevant consulting, public sector, infrastructure, real estate, sustainability, or program management experience
5+ years of experience with Risk Mitigation
5+ years of experience in Emergency Management
Must be fluent in Spanish
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
Experience supporting government clients or working in regulated/public sector environments
Exposure to PMO support, change management, business process improvement, or implementation planning
Advanced Excel, data visualization, or financial modeling skills
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $265,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
